Terroir Kitchen


Terroir Kitchen is nestled alongside our vineyard on an outdoor patio that is heated and covered, allowing our guests to enjoy the serene setting - regardless of the weather.  We are committed to serving seasonal, locally-sourced, fine food that has been crafted to pair perfectly with Serendipity wines.

Executive Chef Tristan Bunkowski is inspired by the local ingredients of the Southern Interior. He celebrates the produce of the Okanagan that allows us to offer unique and exciting culinary experiences. Terroir Kitchen's mission is to foster a sustainable food ecosystem, support local farmers, and provide a dining experience that embodies the relaxed rhythm and spirit of wine country.

Executive Chef
Tristan Bunkowski

Tristan Bunkowski is the Executive Chef at Serendipity Winery. He was born and raised in Vancouver, but has traveled and cooked all over the world.

Tristan takes Serendipity’s ‘food forward’ approach to winemaking to the next level, devoting his practice to creating dishes that pair perfectly with each of the wines.

Tristan’s resume includes internships at Michelin star restaurants, including Gaa by Chef Garmina Arora and Gaggan Andand, by Chef Gagagn Andand in Thailand. These experiences brought Tristan a familiarity with global flavours, and a newfound respect and discipline for the culinary arts.

At Terroir Kitchen, Tristan is focusing on local, rustic cuisine. Working with local farmers, he has created a light, refreshing menu that you might imagine eating in old world Europe between the vines.
